1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") bind individuals and legal entities ("User", "Customer") who use the courier and shipment transport services ("Service") provided by Acil Bi Kurye ("Company", "we"). By requesting our Service via phone, WhatsApp, our website, or our contact form, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
2. Scope of Service
Acil Bi Kurye offers a range of shipment transport services, including individual courier, subscription courier, VIP courier, car courier, express courier, night courier, intercity courier and pharmacy courier. The scope and delivery time may vary depending on the requested service type, distance and traffic conditions.
3. Customer Obligations
- The contents of a shipment must be declared accurately and completely.
- Illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, contraband, or otherwise legally prohibited items may not be shipped.
- Pickup and delivery addresses must be provided accurately and completely.
- For fragile, sensitive, or specially packaged shipments, the Customer must inform the courier in advance.
4. Pricing and Payment
The service fee is determined based on distance, service type, shipment weight/volume, and delivery urgency, and is communicated to the Customer at the time of request. Payments may be made in cash, by credit card, or via monthly invoicing for corporate customers.
5. Delivery Time and Limitation of Liability
Stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions and force majeure. Acil Bi Kurye is not liable for delays that are not attributable to its own fault. Limited to the declared value of the shipment, our liability for any loss or damage occurring during transport is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Cancellation and Changes
No fee is charged for cancellation requests made before the courier departs toward the pickup address. A minimum service fee may be charged for cancellations made after the courier has departed.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, text, images and design elements on this website belong to Acil Bi Kurye and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
9. Changes
Acil Bi Kurye reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms become effective as of the moment they are published on this page.
